WE BASE OUR DEVELOPMENT IN FOUR STRATEGIC PILLARS
With the intent of achieving:
EXPANSION
Attracting an increasing number of new members to secure the club sustainability and contribute to grow the number of teams playing in leagues or recreational tournaments, and increasing the numbers of juniors teams (boys and girls) from 9 years old onwards.
IMPROVEMENT
Procuring a safe, and supportive set of training, coaching skills and progression plans for players, volunteers and coaches individually, as well as collectively as a team.
POSITIVE IMPACT
Contributing to engage members and their families, club volunteers and partners to deliver positive impact in West London through handball and to improve the sport best practices and governance where and when possible.
